Responsibilities
- Manage and process incoming government correspondence, inquiries, and records efficiently and accurately.
- Prepare, compile, and maintain departmental reports, spreadsheets, and documentation in compliance with agency standards.
- Assist in the coordination of departmental meetings, including scheduling, agendas, and minute-taking.
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior management officials.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience in a corporate or government setting preferred.
