Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume correspondence, including email, phone calls, and mail.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations using MS Office Suite.
- Coordinate internal meetings, schedule appointments, and manage calendars for senior staff.
- Maintain and organize confidential government records and filing systems.
- Assist with budget preparation and expense tracking.

Qualifications
