Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily administrative operations for the department to ensure efficiency.
- Coordinate communications between internal stakeholders, elected officials, and the general public.
- Prepare and review complex reports, memos, and correspondence in strict accordance with state regulations.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all departmental activities and filings.
- Assist in the implementation of new government policies and procedural updates.

Qualifications
- Associate degree in Public Administration, Business Management, or a related field; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a government, public sector, or high-level administrative role.
- Strong working knowledge of Ohio state government structure and civil service procedures.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and government case management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
