Qualifications

- 3+ years of government affairs or legislative experience
- Deep understanding of North Carolina state government processes
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to navigate complex political landscapes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with federal grant management preferred
- Valid North Carolina driver's license
