Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Statistics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in government operations, policy analysis, or a related public sector role.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, or Tableau.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical data into actionable insights.
- Understanding of local, state, and federal government regulations and compliance standards.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple competing priorities.
