Responsibilities
- Assist the public with inquiries regarding government services and procedures.
- Process applications, permits, and paperwork with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems.
- Operate standard office equipment, including computers, scanners, and printers.
- Answer incoming calls and direct messages to appropriate departments.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient daily operations.
- Attend mandatory training sessions to learn government regulations and protocols.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Valid driverβs license is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or eligible to work in the United States.
