Responsibilities
- Monitor and enforce compliance with federal/state/municipal regulations across city departments
- Conduct audits and investigations to identify policy violations
- Develop and implement compliance training programs for 200+ municipal employees
- Prepare detailed compliance reports for city council and oversight committees
- Collaborate with legal department to update municipal policies
- Respond to public records requests and FOIA inquiries
- Manage vendor compliance contracts for city procurement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Law, or related field
- 3+ years government compliance/regulatory experience
- Strong knowledge of Missouri Sunshine Law and federal regulations
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and compliance software
- Excellent written communication and report-writing skills
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously
- Valid Missouri driver's license
