Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of government contracting or procurement experience
- Active California Notary Public commission
- Proficiency with CALPROPS and eProcurement systems
- Knowledge of FAR/DFARS and California Contract Law
- Valid California driver's license
- Ability to pass federal background clearance
- Strong written communication skills
