Responsibilities
- Customer Assistance: Greet and assist visitors and citizens in person, via phone, and through digital channels with inquiries regarding city services.
- Data Management: Perform accurate data entry, filing, and record-keeping to maintain organized and up-to-date departmental databases.
- Administrative Support: Prepare, distribute, and track various documents, including reports, memos, and correspondence.
- Process Improvement: Monitor workflow efficiency and suggest improvements to enhance the public service experience.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior staff to learn government protocols and assist with special projects as assigned.
- Compliance: Adhere to all city policies, safety regulations, and ethical standards governing public service employees.
Qualifications
