Responsibilities
- Manage public infrastructure projects ensuring compliance with federal/state regulations
- Develop and implement community outreach programs for underserved neighborhoods

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Urban Planning, or related field
- 3+ years of government or nonprofit experience
- Proficiency in municipal software (GIS, SAP, or similar)
- Valid California Driver's License
- Strong analytical and policy research skills
- Excellent written/verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work with diverse community stakeholders
- Clean background check and drug screening required
