Qualifications

- Advanced knowledge of Florida's legislative processes and administrative frameworks
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau) and policy software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with stakeholder management experience
- Valid Florida driver's license and ability to travel statewide as needed
- Certification in Public Administration (preferred) or willingness to obtain within 12 months
