Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain city network infrastructure including servers and cloud systems
- Provide technical support for 500+ municipal employees
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and ensure compliance with federal standards
- Collaborate on digital transformation projects for public services
- Document IT procedures and maintain system documentation
- Train staff on new technologies and security best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 3+ years of IT infrastructure experience
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification
- Proficiency in Windows Server and Azure cloud services
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to obtain government security clearance
- Experience with municipal IT systems preferred
