Responsibilities
- Manage enterprise-level cybersecurity infrastructure and compliance frameworks
- Lead digital transformation projects for veteran healthcare systems
- Develop and implement IT strategic plans aligned with federal mandates
- Coordinate cross-agency technology initiatives and vendor relationships
- Provide technical guidance to junior staff and stakeholders
- Ensure systems meet FISMA, HIPAA, and NIST standards
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of federal IT infrastructure experience
- Active Security+ CE or equivalent certification
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and DevOps practices
- Strong project management with PMP or similar certification
- Demonstrated experience with federal acquisition regulations
- Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance
- Knowledge of VA healthcare systems preferred
