Responsibilities
- Implement and oversee state policies and regulations to ensure compliance with federal and state laws.
- Analyze data and prepare reports to support decision-making for government programs.
- Collaborate with inter-agency teams to coordinate community outreach and service delivery initiatives.
- Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure the successful execution of government contracts and initiatives.
- Provide exceptional customer service to constituents and internal stakeholders via phone, email, and in-person inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure strict confidentiality of sensitive government information.
- Participate in professional development and training sessions to stay current with legislative changes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Business, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a government, public sector, or administrative role preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Ohio state government structure and operations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex information for diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and government-specific database management systems.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screening as required for government employment.
