Responsibilities
- Assist visitors and citizens with inquiries regarding county services and procedures.
- Process and verify documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Manage sensitive records and maintain confidentiality in accordance with strict government policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflow efficiency and public service delivery.
- Operate office equipment and computer software systems, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Perform data entry and generate reports to track departmental metrics.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in a government or public service environment is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with the public.
- Proficiency in basic computer operations and data management software.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening as required for government employment.
- Must reside within the Albuquerque, NM metropolitan area.
