Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to department leadership and staff.
- Manage and maintain accurate records in accordance with government standards and regulations.
- Prepare, edit, and distribute complex reports, correspondence, and presentations.
- Coordinate inter-agency meetings and track action items to ensure timely completion.
- Process sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and discretion.
- Assist in the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent; Associate’s degree in Public Administration or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a government or corporate administrative role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and database management systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while meeting strict deadlines.
- U.S. Citizenship or legal right to work in the United States is required.
