Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate daily municipal projects and operations.
- Ensure strict adherence to local, state, and federal government regulations and safety codes.
- Conduct field inspections and maintain accurate records of all departmental activities.
- Communicate effectively with city officials, residents, and other departments to resolve issues.
- Analyze data to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for city council meetings.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Public Administration or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in government, public service, or a related administrative role.
- Valid Arizona Class D Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and government database software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with the public.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screening.
- Physical ability to perform field work, including walking, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
