Responsibilities
- Assist in the intake and processing of public service applications and documents.
- Maintain accurate, confidential records and filing systems in strict accordance with state regulations.
- Provide high-quality customer service to citizens visiting the facility or contacting via phone.
- Operate standard office equipment, scanners, and computer software systems.
- Collaborate with the administrative team to ensure daily office operations run efficiently.
- Perform data entry, generate reports, and update databases regularly.
- Monitor inventory for office supplies and request replenishments as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the USA.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Reliable transportation is required for this position.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screening.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
