Responsibilities

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s degree or relevant certifications preferred.
- Previous experience in administrative support, customer service, or a public sector environment is highly desirable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data management systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on professionalism and clarity.
