Responsibilities
- Monitor facility security and conduct regular patrols during night shifts
- Enforce institutional policies and ensure compliance with state regulations
- Document incidents and maintain accurate shift reports
- Respond to emergencies and provide first aid as needed
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless operations
- Safeguard premises against security breaches and unauthorized access
- Conduct inmate headcounts and perimeter checks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required (college preferred)
- Valid Georgia driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening

- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
