Responsibilities
- Monitor city facilities and perimeters during night shift hours using surveillance systems
- Respond to emergency calls and security incidents with rapid deployment
- Conduct routine patrols and document all activities in digital reporting systems
- Coordinate with law enforcement agencies during critical incidents
- Enforce city ordinances and safety protocols in public spaces
- Maintain accurate logs and incident reports for compliance review
- Participate in emergency preparedness drills and training exercises
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean record
- Minimum 2 years security or law enforcement experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain government security clearance
- Proficient in digital surveillance and reporting systems
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure situations
- Successful completion of background check and drug screening
- Basic first aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
