Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to critical overnight incident reports
- Coordinate emergency services dispatch and resource allocationMaintain accurate digital records and documentation systems
- Conduct virtual public safety surveillance and threat assessments
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams during off-hours operations
- Process time-sensitive permits and regulatory requests
- Provide remote citizen support for non-emergency inquiries
Qualifications
- US citizenship and valid Texas driver's license
- Minimum 2 years government or public sector experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and incident management software
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Successful completion of background security clearance
