Responsibilities
- Process and verify incoming government documents, applications, and correspondence with high accuracy.
- Maintain accurate and secure electronic and physical records for government agencies.
- Communicate professionally with applicants, citizens, and internal staff regarding case statuses and inquiries.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal, state, and local government regulations and protocols.
- Assist in the organization and archiving of public records and filing systems.
- Perform data entry tasks using government-approved software systems.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or prior government experience is a strong plus.
- Previous experience in administrative or clerical roles within a corporate or government setting is preferred.
- Must possess a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data management software.
- Ability to pass a background check and obtain necessary security clearances.
