Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of municipal departments to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Analyze operational data and prepare detailed reports for city council and executive leadership.
- Coordinate inter-departmental projects and manage stakeholder communications effectively.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance organizational efficiency.
- Conduct regular audits and quality assurance checks on departmental performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in government operations or a related sector.
- Strong knowledge of local government processes, budgeting, and personnel management.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and government-specific management software.
