Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to emergency dispatch systems during overnight hours
- Process critical municipal permits and regulatory compliance documentation
- Coordinate with state/federal agencies for cross-jurisdictional reporting
- Conduct remote surveillance of public infrastructure via IoT networks
- Maintain secure digital records in compliance with Ohio Sunshine Laws
- Support disaster response protocols during overnight incidents
- Generate daily operational briefings for day-shift leadership
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years government or public sector experience
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain within 90 days
- Proficiency with GIS mapping and municipal software systems
- Ohio driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with 24/7 operational protocols
- Associate's degree in Public Administration or related field
- Shift flexibility required (10pm-6am)
