Responsibilities
- Manage and administer public employee pension fund accounts with precision and compliance

- Coordinate with auditors and regulatory bodies for compliance reviews
- Provide pension counseling to employees and retirees

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Public Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of pension plan administration or benefits management experience
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Pension Consultant (CPC) preferred
- Proficiency in pension management software (e.g., Millennium, Benefitfocus)
- Deep knowledge of ERISA, IRS regulations, and Pennsylvania pension laws
