Responsibilities
- Manage pension fund transactions and account reconciliations during night shift hours
- Process retirement applications and benefit calculations with 99.9% accuracy
- Ensure compliance with ERISA, IRS regulations, and Georgia state pension laws
- Respond to urgent member inquiries via secure night shift communication channels
- Generate daily financial reports for senior leadership review
- Collaborate with auditors during night shift compliance examinations
- Maintain strict confidentiality for all member pension data
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Public Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of pension administration or government finance experience
- Advanced knowledge of ERISA, 401(a), and public pension regulations
- Proficiency in pension management software (e.g., Millennium, Empower)
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Series 7 or Series 63 securities license preferred
- Valid U.S. government security clearance or ability to obtain one
