Responsibilities
- Process pension enrollment applications and eligibility verifications
- Assist retirees with benefit calculations and distribution inquiries
- Maintain accurate pension plan databases and documentation
- Coordinate with HR departments for employee contribution tracking
- Prepare monthly pension payment reports for financial reconciliation
- Respond to participant inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Support annual pension audits and compliance reviews
- Participate in cross-departmental training sessions
Qualifications
