Responsibilities
- Research, analyze, and evaluate complex state policies and legislation
- Develop comprehensive policy recommendations for agency leadership

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years policy analysis or government experience
- Advanced research and data analysis skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities

- Strong understanding of Florida legislative processes
- Proven project management experience
- Valid Florida driver's license
