Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- 3+ years government or public sector experience
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Tableau)
- Strong knowledge of Illinois state regulations
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Valid Illinois driver's license
- Professional certification (PPA or ICMA) preferred
