- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize program performance metrics
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for legislative stakeholders
- Manage grant applications and funding allocation processes
- Monitor budget expenditures and ensure fiscal accountability
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of government program analysis experience
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Tableau, Excel)
- Deep knowledge of federal/state/local government operations
- Strong written/verbal communication skills with policy drafting experience
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- U.S. citizenship and ability to pass background clearance
