Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Social Work, or related field
- 3+ years experience in government program coordination
- Proficiency with Portland's municipal software systems (e.g., PDX Permits)
- Knowledge of Oregon state and federal compliance regulations
- Valid Oregon driver's license with clean record
- Experience managing federal grant reporting requirements
- Strong conflict resolution and public speaking skills
