Responsibilities
- Develop and implement municipal infrastructure programs with city-wide impact
- Manage budgets exceeding $2M and coordinate cross-departmental initiatives
- Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and grant requirements
- Lead community engagement sessions and stakeholder communications
- Analyze data to optimize program efficiency and service delivery
- Supervise staff and contractors to project milestones
- Prepare detailed reports for city council and executive leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in government program management
- Proven track record of managing multi-year municipal projects
- Strong knowledge of Ohio public procurement laws and regulations
- Advanced proficiency in budget management and grant reporting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- PMP or similar certification preferred
- Valid Ohio driver's license required
