Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee government programs aligned with community needs and policy objectives
- Analyze program performance metrics and prepare comprehensive impact reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement public initiatives
- Manage program budgets ensuring fiscal responsibility and compliance
- Research and recommend evidence-based policy improvements

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of government program management experience
- Proficiency in budget development and financial analysis
- Strong policy research and report writing capabilities
- Experience with stakeholder engagement and public communication
- Knowledge of California state regulations and municipal governance
- Project management certification (PMP or equivalent) preferred
- Valid California driver's license
