- Process and adjudicate federal benefit claims with 99% accuracy
- Interpret complex regulations and apply them to individual cases
- Maintain detailed case documentation in federal databases
- Communicate with claimants, attorneys, and agency representatives
- Meet daily productivity targets while ensuring compliance with SSA guidelines
- Participate in cross-functional training initiatives

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years federal claims processing experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of SSA policies and procedures preferred
- Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
