Responsibilities
- Develop and implement state-funded community programs with measurable impact metrics
- Analyze policy data and prepare comprehensive reports for legislative review
- Coordinate cross-agency initiatives to optimize public service delivery
- Manage grant applications and compliance for federal/state funding projects
- Conduct stakeholder engagement sessions with local government partners
- Monitor program performance using KPIs and recommend strategic improvements
- Represent the agency at public forums and community outreach events
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- 3+ years experience in government or nonprofit program management
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Tableau, or similar)
- Valid North Carolina driver's license
- Proven ability to manage complex budgets and reporting requirements
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- U.S. citizenship and ability to pass federal background clearance
- Experience with NC state procurement processes preferred
