Responsibilities
- Administer and oversee state pension plans ensuring compliance with ERISA and California regulations
- Process retirement applications and disbursements with precision and timeliness
- Conduct audits and financial analyses to ensure plan solvency and accuracy
- Advise employees on retirement options, contribution strategies, and benefit calculations
- Develop and implement policy improvements for pension plan administration

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Public Administration, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in pension plan administration or benefits management
- Deep knowledge of ERISA, IRS regulations, and California pension laws
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis
- Certified Pension Consultant (CPC) or similar designation preferred
