Responsibilities
- Process and review government applications, permits, and documentation with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively with the public, stakeholders, and internal departments to resolve inquiries and provide information.
- Maintain and update secure electronic and physical records in compliance with state regulations and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent; Associate’s degree in business administration, public administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative support, customer service, or government operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse populations.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.
- Must be eligible to pass a standard background check and drug screening.
