Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas using CCTV and physical patrols.
- Enforce building rules and regulations to ensure a secure environment.
- Respond to emergency alarms, incidents, and safety hazards promptly.
- Conduct access control screenings for personnel and visitors.
- Prepare detailed incident reports and log entries accurately.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Must be willing to work rotating night shifts (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM).
- U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Resident status required for government clearance.
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military service preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
