Responsibilities
- Patrol assigned areas of the facility and grounds to prevent crime, accidents, and security breaches.
- Monitor and control access points to ensure only authorized personnel enter the premises.
- Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, and emergency situations following established protocols.
- Conduct regular security checks of equipment, doors, and windows to ensure they are secure.
- Prepare detailed incident reports and log entries accurately and in a timely manner.
- Assist in the evacuation of buildings in the event of a fire or emergency, directing personnel to safety.
- Maintain a high visibility presence to deter potential criminal activity.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Valid California Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical duties as required.
- Must pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is highly preferred.
