Responsibilities
- Monitor surveillance systems and patrol assigned government facilities
- Respond to security breaches and emergency incidents
- Conduct access control and visitor screening procedures
- Document security incidents and maintain detailed logs
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during critical events
- Operate emergency response equipment and systems
- Conduct routine safety inspections of premises
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid Tennessee driver's license
- Minimum 2 years security or law enforcement experience
- TN Armed Security Guard certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Proficient in CCTV systems and access control software
- Pass background investigation and drug screening
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred
