Responsibilities
- Process emergency and non-emergency calls with speed and accuracy
- Operate radio systems to coordinate police, fire, and EMS responses
- Input and maintain critical information in CAD systems
- Provide life-saving instructions via emergency medical protocols
- Maintain calm communication during high-stress situations
- Document all incidents with precise detail and confidentiality
- Collaborate with multi-agency responders during emergencies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Pass criminal background check and drug screening
- Ability to type 40+ WPM with 95% accuracy
- Valid Florida driver's license
- U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status
- Ability to work rotating shifts including nights/holidays
- Clear speaking voice and excellent communication skills
