Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to the public and internal stakeholders via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Process applications, forms, and requests in strict compliance with El Paso County regulations and policies.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records regarding departmental operations and citizen inquiries.
- Assist in the coordination of community outreach programs and public engagement events.
- Perform data entry and analysis to support decision-making processes and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline government service delivery.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Public Administration or related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer navigation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on diplomacy and clarity.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced government environment.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
