Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in government operations, administrative support, or a related sector.
- Strong knowledge of North Carolina state government structure and regulatory processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex information for diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and government-specific software systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced government environment.
- Valid NC Driver’s License and clean driving record.
