Responsibilities
- Assist department heads with administrative tasks, filing, and data entry.
- Receive and direct incoming public inquiries regarding city services and policies.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records and filing systems.
- Prepare reports and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Support special events and community outreach initiatives organized by the city.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal government regulations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in an administrative or government setting is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
