Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend administrative operations for city departments including utilities, parks, and public safety support
- Process critical documentation permits, licenses, and service requests with 100% accuracy
- Coordinate emergency response protocols during weekend shifts for city-wide incidents
- Manage digital records systems ensuring compliance with Ohio public record regulations
- Act as primary weekend liaison for interdepartmental communications and escalations

Qualifications
