Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend operations for public service departments including parks, sanitation, and emergency services
- Manage staff scheduling and resource allocation for weekend shifts
- Monitor service delivery metrics and ensure compliance with government standards
- Respond to citizen inquiries and resolve service issues during weekend hours
- Prepare detailed shift reports and submit to department heads
- Collaborate with weekday teams for seamless continuity of services

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years experience in government or public sector operations
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record

- Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite
