Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain public facilities during weekend hours, ensuring safety and operational standards
- Respond to citizen inquiries and provide information on city services
- Conduct routine inspections of parks, recreational areas, and municipal buildings
- Assist with emergency response coordination during weekend incidents
- Document and report maintenance issues or safety concerns
- Collaborate with weekday staff for seamless service continuity
- Participate in weekend community events and outreach programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Valid Tennessee driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or public sector roles
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (8 AM - 6 PM)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
