- Analyze program outcomes to strengthen future grant applications
- Collaborate with program directors to align funding requests with organizational goals
- Maintain accurate grant databases and submission calendars
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional grant writing experience with proven success in securing funding
- Bachelor's degree in related field (Communications, Nonprofit Management, etc.)
- Exceptional writing/editing skills with portfolio of funded proposals
- Strong research abilities and knowledge of funding landscapes
- Experience with nonprofit financial management and budget development
- Proficiency in grant management software (e.g., GrantStation, Salesforce)
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities
