Responsibilities
- Research and identify grant opportunities from foundations, government agencies, and corporate sponsors
- Develop compelling grant proposals tailored to funder priorities and guidelines
- Collaborate with program staff to gather impact data and project narratives
- Manage grant application deadlines and reporting requirements
- Maintain accurate records of grant submissions and outcomes
- Build relationships with current and potential funding partners
- Analyze funding trends to identify strategic opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field (Communications, Nonprofit Mgmt, etc.)
- 3+ years professional grant writing experience
- Proven track record securing $500k+ in annual funding
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency with grant databases (e.g., Candid, GrantStation)
- Strong research and analytical abilities
